SIXTH PATH — PRIVACY POLICY
THE SHORT VERSION
SIXTH PATH is a single-player game. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. Your saved games never leave your device. We do not collect, sell, or share personal data.
WHAT THE GAME STORES, AND WHERE
- Save data and settings (game progress, language choice, sound preferences) are stored only in your browser's or the app's local storage, on your own device. They are never uploaded anywhere. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data deletes them permanently.
- No account is created and no name, e-mail address, contact list, location, or advertising identifier is ever requested or read.
NETWORK REQUESTS THE GAME MAKES
- Web version (sixthpath.com): loading the site sends standard web-server requests to our hosting provider. Like every web server, it keeps routine technical logs (IP address, browser type, requested URL, time). We use these only to keep the site running and never to identify players. The page also loads its typeface from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com); Google receives the standard technical data of that font request. See Google's privacy policy.
- Android app: the game itself runs entirely from files bundled inside the app. It makes no data-collecting network calls of its own.
CHILDREN
The game collects no personal data from anyone, including children. The content is a strategy simulation with mature narrative themes and is not directed at young children.
YOUR CHOICES
Everything the game keeps lives on your device: delete the app or clear the site's data in your browser and nothing remains. There is no server-side copy to request or erase.
CHANGES
If the game ever adds a feature that touches personal data, this page will be updated first, with the date above changed.
